Delhaize, a very well known supermarket chain here in Belgium, is organizing the Biggest Cooking Event!
They?re not kidding when they refer to it as the ?biggest?. This event will count with 5 star chefs and the idea is to offer cooking lessons to more than 1,000 food lovers.
Participants will learn how to prepare a main dish and dessert with the guidance of the star chefs. They?ll also get some advice on how to pair a main course with the right wine. Delhaize has prepared these and more surprises for this event.
People were able to win tickets to this event by participating on a quiz contest found at www.delhaize.be until October 24th. Today, if you didn?t have the chance to enter that competition, I want to give you the opportunity of still winning a spot at this cooking event!
Delhaize has given me the opportunity of giving away 1 duo-ticket for the Biggest Cooking Event. If you?re chosen you?ll be able to attend one of the cooking lessons and bring someone with you.
How to participate?
Leave a comment on this blogpost (or on my Facebook Page: Vanevalentine FOOD) aswering the following question:
There are 5 star chefs who will be giving cooking lessons during this event, name at least 2 of them.
The winner will be chosen randomly (random.org) out of the people who submit a correct answer.
Make sure to provide an e-mail address as I?ll need to contact you for more details once the winner is chosen.
Things to consider before entering this giveaway:
1. The Biggest Cooking Event will take place in Tour & Taxis, Brussels (Belgium).
2. The cooking lesson you?ll be able to attend will be given in Dutch.
3. It will be taking place on November, Friday 30th from 10am to 3pm.
Please make sure you?re available to attend the lesson before entering this contest.
You?ll be able to submit your answers until November 15th, midnight CET. Winner will be announced and contacted on November 16th.
